One day we returned from a day out and the security guard at the main gate was not going to let us back onto the site as our passes had expired no one had informed us we needed to renew the passes once we did renew them we got 3 which is what we should of had in the first place. we must be made aware if you want them 4 weeks prior to arrival so we have time to order them.
